Forms and money are due by the deadline stated on the field trip form by 8:00 am. Late forms and money will NOT be accepted. This is a school wide policy. Please see me if you have any questions.
Please turn in money and forms together in a ziplock bag or envelope.
Chaperone Information
There will be a limited number of chaperones we will be able to take on each field trip. Please make sure you check the box at the bottom of the field trip form and have taken a Chaperone Training Class if you are interested.
Do not send money for yourself until you have been notified by the teacher that you will be going on the field trip.
Chaperones are selected on a first come first served basis according to when your child returns BOTH their form and money for the field trip. You also need to have taken the Chaperone Training class.
Chaperone Training classes are offered several times a month.
I try to give all interested parents a chance to chaperone a field trip during the year. If you have already chaperoned a field trip, other parents will be selected first if there are more parents interested, than we can take. Still check off the box for any field trip you are able to chaperone incase there aren't any other parents available.
